Delivery Policy

Digital service — nothing is shipped

Prüfungsmeister is an online service. There is no physical product, so no goods are shipped and no delivery address, courier or shipping charge is involved.

When access starts

Access is granted immediately and automatically once Razorpay confirms your payment — typically within seconds. Your account unlocks the purchased level as soon as you return from the payment screen; you do not need to wait for an email or for us to act.

Confirmation

We send a payment receipt to your registered email address. Your active pass and its expiry date are also shown inside the app on the Pricing page.

Where it is delivered

To your Prüfungsmeister account at https://prufungsmeister.in, accessible from any device with a browser and an internet connection.

If access does not appear

If you paid and the level is still locked after a few minutes, log out and back in. If it is still locked, contact us with your payment reference — we will grant it manually or refund you in full. You will not be left having paid for locked content.
