Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Jeet Kishorbhai Jalu collects when you use https://prufungsmeister.in, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. What we collect

• Account details — your email address and display name. Passwords are stored only as a salted PBKDF2 hash; we never store or see your password.
• Your learning data — answers, scores, progress, streaks, and the written and spoken submissions you make while practising.
• Audio recordings — when you use speaking or pronunciation practice, the recording you make is stored so your feedback can refer to it.
• Handwriting photos — if you photograph handwritten writing practice instead of typing it, the photo is sent to Google's Gemini API to read the text, and the text you confirm is graded exactly like a typed submission. The photo itself is not stored on our servers; it is discarded once the text has been read from it.
• Payment records — which pass you bought, when, the amount, and the Razorpay order and payment identifiers.
• Technical data — basic request and error logs needed to operate and debug the Service.

2. What we never collect

We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled entirely inside Razorpay's own hosted checkout. Nothing about your payment instrument reaches our servers.

3. Why we use it

To operate your account, to give you feedback and track your progress, to grant and honour paid access, to fix faults, and to comply with tax and accounting obligations.

4. Who we share it with

• Razorpay Software Private Limited — payment processing.
• Google (Gemini API) — text you submit for evaluation is sent for AI grading. If you use the handwriting-photo option, the photo is sent too, only to read the text from it, and is not stored afterward. Do not put personal information you would not want processed this way into practice answers or photos.
• Microsoft (Azure neural speech) — exercise text is converted to listening audio. This is our content, not yours.
• Our hosting provider — to run the servers.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Account and learning data are kept while your account exists. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. Speaking recordings are removed automatically after a limited retention period.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and its data. Write to us at our contact address and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your learning history permanently and cannot be undone.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions expire, and access to paid content is verified on the server. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will tell you.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has registered, contact us and we will remove the account.
