These Terms govern your use of https://prufungsmeister.in ("the Service"), operated by Jeet Kishorbhai Jalu ("we", "us"). By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to them.

1. What the Service is

Prüfungsmeister is an online preparation tool for the Goethe-Zertifikat German language examinations at levels A1, A2 and B1. It provides practice questions, mock examinations, a grammar handbook, vocabulary training, listening audio, and AI-assisted feedback on written and spoken answers.

We are an independent preparation service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Goethe-Institut, telc GmbH, or any examination body. We do not conduct examinations and we do not issue certificates. Purchasing access does not register you for any examination and does not guarantee that you will pass one.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one person; sharing credentials or reselling access is not permitted.

3. Purchases and access

Access is sold as a one-time pass for a single level (A1, A2, B1 or telc B1·B2 Pflege) for a fixed duration. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Current prices and durations are shown on our Pricing page and are charged in Indian Rupees (INR).

A pass unlocks the paid features for the level it was bought for, for its stated duration. A pass for one level does not grant access to another level. Some features remain available free of charge, subject to stated limits.

Pass guarantee. A pass that the Pricing page marks as including the pass guarantee (the 90-day Exam Pass, and at B1 the 3-month plan) carries it. If that pass reaches its end date before you have told us, in your account, that you passed the examination at that level, your access continues at no charge until you do. From the moment you report a pass, access runs only to the end date it had already reached. All other passes end automatically on their end date.

4. AI-assisted evaluation

Written and spoken submissions may be evaluated with automated and AI-assisted tools. This feedback is an aid to study. It is not an official assessment, it is not a prediction of your examination result, and it may contain errors. Where the AI service is unavailable, a reduced offline evaluation may be provided instead and is labelled as such.

5. Acceptable use

You may not copy, redistribute, scrape or resell our content, attempt to bypass access controls, or disrupt the Service.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change or withdraw features. If we make a change that materially removes what an active paid pass was sold for, contact us and we will refund the unused portion.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for examination outcomes.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the location of our registered address shall have jurisdiction.
